HAI Schichtplan – Privacy Policy

Last updated: 09/29/2026 · Deutsche Fassung

In short

The app stores all your entries (shifts, vacation, time account, settings) on your device only. There is no user account and there are no analytics or tracking tools. The developer does not receive any data from you.

2. What data does the app process?

Your entries are stored exclusively in the app's local storage on your device. They are not transmitted to the developer or to third parties. If you delete the app, this data is deleted as well.

You create a backup file or a calendar export yourself. You decide where you share this file (e.g. Files app, calendar).

3. Retrieval of school holidays

To show the school holidays of your federal state, the app retrieves public holiday dates from openholidaysapi.org and, as a fallback, from ferien-api.de. Only the federal state and the year are requested. As with any internet request, the respective server technically receives your IP address. No shift data is transmitted. The app calculates public holidays itself, without internet.

4. Web version

The web version is provided via GitHub Pages (GitHub Inc.). When you open it, GitHub processes technically necessary access data (e.g. IP address) to deliver the page. Details: GitHub General Privacy Statement.

5. Your rights

Because the developer does not store any personal data about you, they cannot provide information about it. You can delete your data on the device at any time in the app (“Plan” → “Delete all shifts”) or by removing the app. If you have questions, you can reach the controller at the email address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
